The Party Buds Balloon Crew are a team of professionally trained balloon decorators based in Hertfordshire. We have achieved professional certified training to an advanced level and we are also members of recognised industry alliance for balloon professionals. We pride ourselves in continually enhancing our skills by attending many workshops and training courses regularly and work with some of the best trainers in the industry. This means we can offer you the best standard balloon decor with exciting new ideas and concepts. We only use the best quality balloons to ensure your balloon decor is completed to the highest standards.

By belonging to a balloon alliance, we can ensure that all our customers receive a high level of service from a team committed to providing to our customers the best practices within the balloon and party industry. To give you that extra peace of mind we hold Public Liability Insurance for all our events which we decorate.

About our Consultation - We offer a free non-obligatory consultation to ensure the decorations and colours are suitable for your event and choice of venue. This would normally take place in the comfort of your own home or if preferred at your chosen venue. During your consultation, you will be asked about your budget requirements and you will be shown some sample designs and a balloon colour swatch. The team will inflate a variety of balloons to ensure you are happy with the colours and finishes and recommend suitable decor for all areas of your venue. After the consultation, the team will put together a quotation for you to look at in your own time so there is no pressure to commit yourself there and then.

Deposit & Payment Terms - A copy of our terms and conditions will be sent to you. Once you have decided to go ahead with our services, a depost will be required to secure the booking into our events diary, even if you are still unsure of the decor required, and the balance payable 14 days before your event. Our preferred payment method is via BACS transfer. We also accept payment by cheque or cash. We do not accept "payment on the day" of your event.

Equipment Deposit - If your decor requires the use of our specialist equipment a £50 CASH deposit will be required and will be returned to you on the safe return of our equipment. This deposit is completely separate from the deposit required to secure your booking. If you have chosen an exploding balloon, please ensure you check with the venue and also notify them that there will be a unit and remote left with them for us to collect. Failure to return our equipment will result in loss of your cash deposit.

Delivery & Set Up - Delivery is free in the following postcodes for orders over £50: SG1, SG2, SG3, SG4, SG5, SG6, SG7. There will be a £10 delivery charge for other postcodes in Hertfordshire. For balloon decor outside of Hertfordshire, please contact us for details. From the time of the quotation to the time of your event, you will be free to contact us regarding your decorations should you have any further questions or require a further visit from our team. We will agree a completion time for your event and the team will carry out all the balloon work in our workshop and then transport to your venue and set up. We aim to be completed an hour before the start time of your event unless otherwise specified.
