Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is
due 7 days before your event date. Cheques should be made payable to Party
Buds.
Charities
& Fundraising -
Party Buds support various local charities throughout the year by providing
decorations for fundraising events. If you are holding a charity event and have
a limited budget please contact us and we will provide you with a professional
display for your budget.
Parties
- If you are having a bit of a do, leave it to us to help your party go with
a swing. From themed parties, large get togethers or small house parties, whatever
your budget we can provide an atmosphere to your party. We can provide all you
need with co-ordinating tablewear and decorations to make your event special.
Corporate
Events
- We can offer a variety of services to our corporate customers. If you are
a new business and want to promote yourselves, we can provide balloons in your
corporate colours and/or with your logos. Attention can be centred around a
theme or balloon displays can be created to match your business. From logo'd
balloon walls, exploding balloons, spiralling arches and impressive columns,
or maybe you are holding a special event or function, we can provide you will
balloon decorations to give that WOW factor look and impress your own clients.
We are also able to offer a regular service if you have your own logo'd balloons
already, we can arrange them into a professional display on a regular basis
for you. Or maybe you would like a different display/colours every month? The
options are endless.

The
Balloon Crew
- The Balloon Crew is a team of 4 professionally trained balloon decorators.
Party Buds started in early 2007 when we all clubbed together to do a 50th
Birthday Party and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we thought we would take
it more seriously and start up Party Buds. Since then, we have moved rapidly
with professional certified training achieved and also becoming members of
NABAS, the only independent trade association for balloon professionals. As
full members of NABAS, we can ensure that all our customers receive a high
level of service from a team committed to providing to the public the best
practices within the balloon and party industry. To give you that extra peace
of mind we hold Public Liability Insurance for all our events which we decorate.

About
our Consultation - We provide a free non-obligatory
consultation to ensure the decorations and colours are suitable for your event
and choice of venue. During your consultation, you will be asked about your
budget requirements and you will be shown some sample designs and a balloon
colour swatch. The team will inflate a variety of balloons to ensure you are
happy with the colours and finishes. If you prefer to have the consultation
at the venue, the team will be happy to meet you there or at a later date
after your consultation to put your mind at rest that your designs are suitable
for the venue. After the consultation, the team will put together a quotation
for you to look at in your own time so there is no pressure to commit yourself
there and then. Once you have decided to go ahead, a depost will be required
to secure the booking into our events diary and the balance payable 7 days
before your event. From the time of the quotation to the time of your event,
you will be free to contact us regarding your decorations should you have
any further questions or require a further visit from our team. We will agree
a completion time for your event and the team will aim to be completed an
hour before the start time of your event. The team will also collect any poles
and equipment the following day which were used for your event.
Weddings

Your wedding day will probably be one of the best and most memorable days you
will ever have. We
at Party Buds believe that every bride is unique and with this in mind we will
give you a professional balloon service to ensure you have the most perfect
day possible. We can offer a completely personalised service, co-ordinating
colours and styles with your chosen colour schemes and venue. We will help you
make your wedding day dreams into reality. We also provide a personalised ribbon
and custom bow service, ideal for your pew decorations and swagging on your
tables.
Equipment
- There will be some designs which require the use of specialist equipment,
such as frames, poles and bases. If your design requires the use of our equipment,
a cash deposit of £75 is required, which is fully refundable on our collection
of all our equipment. It is important that you make arrangements with your venue
to store our equipment securely until they are collected.
